Farmington Lock Works offers a 30-day, money-back, 100% no-hassle, satisfaction guarantee that covers ALL parts and labor when FARMINGTON LOCK WORKS has provided the product*. Within 30 days, if anything goes wrong, we will make it right or refund your Money excluding a non-refundable deposit for special orders.
Safes are excluded from this warranty and are always warranted by the manufacturer.
All keys, remotes & FOBs come with a 30-day electronic warranty.
Part Warranty
After 30 days parts are warranted by the manufacturer, as specified by the manufacturer. Manufacture warranties do not typically cover installation. When parts are purchased through Farmington Lock Works* we will assist in getting a replacement part for you. If you would like FARMINGTON LOCK WORKS to install the replacement parts, our labor charges will apply unless they are covered by the manufactures warranty.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
You will get quality service. We offer a 1-year warranty on all labor performed. Should any problems arise because of our workmanship, we will correct the problem at no cost.
WIFI Connected Devices
Farmington Lock Works does not connect smart devices to WIFI by default. Should connection issues arise customers are to work these issues out with the lock manufacturer’s customer support. This is due to:
- The number of potential issues with WIFI, that are outside of our control, not related to the lock
- And the need for customers’ smart phones and passwords etc.
Should the lock manufacturer determine the lock is bad, we will come out and replace the lock under our above warranty periods.
FARMINGTON LOCK WORKS does offer WIFI connection as an optional service when purchasing smart locks. When purchased we will work with the manufacturer to determine the cause of any connection issues, should they occur.

Please note your address and contact information are confidential and Farmington Lock Works does not share that information with any 3rd party unless specifically legal authorization has been provided (such as a warrant covering the disclosure of said information).
